CountUp - Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the CountUp application ("App") developed by MobilBoyut ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CountUp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CountUp is a counter application that allows you to create, manage, and track multiple counters on your device. The App is available as a freemium product with optional in-app purchases.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use CountUp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

4. User Data and Storage

• All counter data is stored locally on your device.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
• If you use the Google Drive backup feature, your data is stored in your own Google Drive account and is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause.

5. In-App Purchases

• CountUp offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase through Google Play.
• All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

6. Advertisements

The free version of CountUp displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads are filtered to be appropriate for general audiences. You may remove ads through an in-app purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within CountUp are the property of MobilBoyut and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CountUp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobilBoyut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.

10. Third-Party Services

CountUp integrates with third-party services including Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Google Drive. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
